Segway of Jacksonville has finally completed my orderWhich was paid in full last July They may be able to run Segway tours and rent Segways but anything beyond that they have horrible customer serviceOver the past ten months of them using my money but no real desire to make me the customer happy with my Segway with conversion kitI am a handicapped AmericanThe stress caused by [redacted] and his crew over the past months to keep myself well was not helped by their incompetenceI have multiple serious healthIssues and I am totally dependent o a wheelchair outside my homeI use a manual chair in my home and at home I have taught and trained myself to walk some indoorsI needed my segseat slider sooner than laterAll last winter I had to use a power chair that was in need of an overhaul but since I had my new chair was not done I expected to have by at least Sept but for sure October and no it is finally complete in April I feel Segway of Jacksonville should compensate me in some way for their disrespect and abuse in how they handled the sale of needed piece medical equipment Thank you for your time on this issue, [redacted]

Update: I received handlebars and one other part. They sent my lights to some other guy named [redacted]. Still no lights that were paid for in July. [redacted]
