Review: An employee working on 6-8-13, was very rude and arrogant towards my husband and myself. We brought our daughters car down to have a tire mounted and tires rotated. When we pulled up, a heavyset man stared at us and spit into a pop bottle. When my husband got out to explain what we wanted he acted as if we we're bothering him and causing him a great deal of distress. My husband began to explain the work he wanted and the man cut him off, rudely asking if we had the tires we needed. My husband said " yes, I have the tires. Can I tell you what I want done?" . To which the man said " well, I guess so." then sighed and grumbled under his breath. The younger man with him, jumped up and began to help us while the other man watched and grumbled. Finally the heavyset man got up and looked at the doughnut tire on the car, bent over tapped the tire, while one of his friends came in. He left the car and sat to talk with his friend, while the younger man did all the work.Let me just say that there were no other customers, the two men were sitting talking when we pulled up, and in the time we were there no other customers came to the shop. We are paying customers and deserve the respect that we are paying for.Desired Settlement: Just Revdex.com should know how rude this business is made to look, due to this mans actions.
