This is when my friend, not a handyman as they called him, said he would try to fix theseThen I found the receipt after my friend started work on the garage door. I called the co to tell them I have a receiptYes we called the co to ask re purchasing springs and was told they could not do thisThen they said they would get me a price to come install new Springs on my garage door. I never heard back from themNo call back at all re how much they would charge me So no this dispute was not resolvedPls let your records reflect this.Thank you*** *** *** ***

Dear Revdex.com,As *** *** clearly stated in her prior response, she has breached her contract with A2Z Garage Door ServicesDespite this, we have from the start tried to amicably resolve this with *** *** because that is the kind of company we areWe said we would replace the spring free of charge and only asked her to pay the standard labor fee for the technician to come out to her house to perform the workIf she would like this done, we would still be more than happy to do this for herWe have never had any complaints in 8+ years so this is very upsetting to us, but it takes to resolve an issue*** *** Warranty is clearly Void- she breached her contractThe friend/handyman was installing an opener for her and had the springs taken apart and called wanting to get new onesWe said we do not do that due to liability reasons.We hope for your understanding on thisWe feel this complaint is unjust and what *** *** is asking for is unreasonable because she has used the springs for years and clearly VOIDED her warrantyThank youA2Z Garage Door Services

Dear *** ***, This Complaint comes as quite a surprise to usWe tried to amicably resolve this matter with you, but we cannot resolve it in such a manner as you wish us toIt states on our invoice *Warranty void if work is performed by customer or another company.This matter was brought to our
attention by your handyman whom called us up and told us he took everything apart and just needed the new springsHe stated that he would just come and pick them upWe informed your handyman that we could not do the same due to liability reasonsWe tried to amicably resolve this issue with you even though your warranty is null and voidWe feel this complaint is unjustified as your warranty is clearly null and void it has been almost years that you got out of the springs for only $190We agreed to come out and replace your springs for you at a nominal fee of just labor, but we cannot replace them for FreeWe agreed to do this for you even though your warranty is null and void there is a labor charge with or without a warranty that anyone is to payWe apologize that you do not like our policies, but it is the same agreement we have with every customerPlease advise on how you wish to proceedWe cannot give you a refund for $you have used the springs for almost years! We cannot replace your springs for free a labor charge is company policyWe do our best to answer phone calls, but we were extremely busy during the Holidays and unfortunately miss calls from time to timeWe will gladly come out and fix your springs at no charge for the springs, but as discussed there will be a labor charge due to youWe pray for your understanding, as we take pride in making our customers happy and this is our first complaint in 8+ yearsGod Bless, Katie D***
