parking guidelines are clearly outlined in the "Parking policies and Vehicle Identification" addendum that was signed by [redacted] and [redacted] who reside at [redacted] on August 17, 2013. The addendum states the following:  "Every Resident's vehicle(s) must be registered with our office. This gives us a record to follow up with the resident in hopes of avoiding a costly tow, which will be charged to the vehicle owner cited against the following parking guidelines: -Cars are to be kept in clean & operable condition. -License plates & registration togs are to be current at all times. -Vehicles cited twice will result in immediate tow at vehicle owner's expense. However, c vehicle may be towed without being cited depending upon its status 8, condition. - It is critical that you contact us if your vehicle is cited." "Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense, if they are parked in a red zone, handicapped space, unauthorized covered space, or fire lane. Vehicles which are inoperable have expired license plates or registration tans will also be towed at the owner's expense, pursuant to section 22658 of California Vehicle Code. The above  we designed to set standards for the convenience of all tenants. Any violation of these rules and policies constitutes groups for immediate termination of the Rental agreement and eviction at the option of owner, by signing below, Resident acknowledges that he/she is aware, understands and has received a copy of the foregoing policies," We followed our towing procedures when deciding to row this vehicle off of the property.
