I reached out to Seitel Limousine Services DBA SC Classic Auto Sales in which *** reached out to me to with details on the Chevrolet Chevelle SS Yenko Tribute. I was interested in negotiating the price of $20,950, which eventually came down to $19,500 due to the car having no A/C, no heating, the windows being shaky, the inside ceiling lining was ripped, there was chipping on the paint, and the biggest factor was the cracked frame which needed to be fixed. Upon this agreement it was reviewed that the cars engine was running fine as well as the transmission and there were no issues present with it and in fact was advertised as an upgraded engine. *** insisted on a cash payment in which we complied and gave over on 12/23/19 but we did want to look over the vehicle thoroughly after its trip to MD. To do this we had to send over money to someone who could give it over to him. When we received the vehicle on 12/26/19 3 days after purchase the engine did not work properly and it was making noises. The transmission was not working either. Upon further inspection we noticed exterior damages of the vehicle that we did not know about, which were filled with foam and then covered with paint. Suspicion was confirmed when we took the vehicle to be inspected/repaired and they let us know that the vehicle that we have is in fact a Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu and the engine was bad and needed to be rebuilt as well that the transmission. This was confirmed by AutoNation Chevrolet and Orlando's Auto Services, which further noted all of the other problems with the vehicle we did not know about. We did not get proper or clear copies of the Certificate of Title to a Vehicle or Assignment of Title and they did not even seem to be in his name. I did in fact reach out to *** with all of these concerns and he insulted me and told me I did not know what I was talking about.

This is not a response this is the same description that was posted on his eBay account which we have proof that he goes back and edits the information on a consistent basis, additionally to this we never made a deposit through Ebay he wanted cash in full and on the receipt it specifies that it was sold to us by Seitel Limousine Service. On top of that he keeps on describing this car as a SS, which it is not, it is a Malibu. Two mechanics went to look at the car before it was bought and it was running fine and now it the engine does not work, the transmission does no work either and we suspect there was a change ine engine due to the fact that we notice the engine had paint on it so it would match the original and we know this because the engine still has some misplaced painted parts. The frame was also filled with foam and then it sealed and painted. All of these was all verified by a Chevrolet dealer and we have provided paperwork as well. We also talked about returning the car for the full amount of the money and then he changed his mind again. on top of everything else we realized there are other shady things going on in this establishment. We would like our Money back and we would like to return the car which is in the same condition it was given to us.
