If the form has not been received by June 30th, the application will be denied and you will be required to submit a new application and supporting documents if you wish to retire. Please be advised, if a new application is submitted Standard processing times will apply.
For your convenience, attached to this message, you will find a copy of the Spousal Waiver. This waiver must be signed by you and your spouse and notarized. Given the circumstances, in the interim, to prevent additional delays the Fund will accept a scanned copy from the notary on file.
