In response to the lost property, I have spoken to MsP [redacted] and explained that in order for us to actually confirm anything was lost we needed to open every single box that was on our lot and validate the property with the account information attached Unfortunately, that task can be very time consuming I understand and agree that our communication could have been better to keep MsP [redacted] up to date on our progress and take responsibility for that not happening On April 5th, 2018, I spoke to MsP [redacted] and discussed the error was ours and we were trying our best to locate her items but had been unsuccessful At that point she wanted to review the list because she didn’t know what was actually in her car MsP [redacted] was more concerned about the [redacted] box and computer The computer and plates were returned to her the day she was here I then requested a copy of her phone bill that reflected the amount she was being charged for the *** box and as of today I haven’t received any receipts/bills to attempt to compensate herLastly, we would like to Thank MsP [redacted] for her service to our Country and hope to find resolution to the issueThank you,Lidia
