I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  The business did nothing with respect to my specific issue/complaint.  My complaint related to a deposit made for a future driveway replacement.  In my view, deposits made by customers (for work to be completed in the future) should be returned to such customers if the work (for which the deposit was made) has not yet been completed and the customer asks for his/her deposit back.  This is simply doing the right thing for any potential customer, and in my view it is a "better business" practice.Since the Grasso Companies proved intransigent with respect to returning my deposit, I decided to proceed with the driveway because the cost of other remedies was to high.  I remain unhappy with the response made by the business.However, aside from my complaint, the Grasso Companies did excellent work on my driveway replacement.  The employees were very professional, friendly, did the job with great care and cleaned up the worksite very when they finished.  I will recommend the Grasso Companies.
