Review: We were guaranteed that our basement would be dry

Select basement waterproofing Marlton, NJ

Mike K[redacted] charged us $2,000 5-27-14

Installed pressure relief system

Install thermal vapor barrier on rear wall and cinder block

The water problem never got better, infact, it's worse

We now have to bring in another contractor to get water away from house.THIS IS WHAT MIKE TOLD US TO DO AFTER $2,000Desired Settlement: We are contacting a specialist to dig a trench in channel water away from house

This is what we should have done in the first place

Mr K[redacted],should have NEVER TAKEN THIS JOB,if he could not live up to guarantee of 100% satisfaction against floor seepage

and wall seepage I have on contact.

We current have floods in the exact area of repair!

I am holding Select Basement Waterproofing Solutions Marlton , NJ responsible and demand FULL refund

I have also contacted my attorney.
