customer called said she bought a [redacted] she bought for an extra small dog when she have a corker spaniel that's a medium size dog ok so she's already staling money from me .she asked if she can come in that day I said yes what time she said she don't know she has to see if her son can bring and if he can she would call me to let me know the hole day when buy and he says here's the dog and asked what kined of here cut he don't know so I said call your mother .she said shave the dog down so I doeverthing is fine whe she just shows up and shes on phone and dog sees her and starts jumming around I asked nicely to leve so she goes to a diffent side of the window and the same thing ti tock me to give the dog a hair cut 3hours and minutes wich is uncalled for mian you I was still at store in tell 7;pm when we closes at pmthis woman came in with a perace that cost thousand dollars and shoes werehundred dollarthe dog had a smaill cutthis woman was looking for more money and the gropon she gave was a used one so I never colaed any money for grooming

she had called and asked if she can bring in dog I said yes but it had to be around 1;to 2;O'clock she then said ok I'll call me son to see if he can bring dog inshe had never called backand then at the end of the day at 3;45pm her son comes running in and drops dog off and I had asked what he wanted he said he had appointment I said its the end of the dayhe says im sorry so I take the dog and asked him what kind of hair cut he says he don't know I tell him to call his mothershe said shave the dog downso im grooming dog and dog is jumping and going crazy and the owner is outside with her phone vido taping grooming and I had asked her to stop and she said no and perseeded to tap the groomingI did not cut the dog I nicked the dig and was fine, she came with a *** for exsmall dog when she came with a cocker spainal and we all know that's middem size dogany groomer knows whe owner is around you cant groom dog because they go crazy so this women cause any problem

[My dog received a laceration from the groomer, she was bleeding when I left the groomer. The dog was brought to the vet the laceration was not small, it required anesthesia for the dog and sutures. The bill from the vet was for $350.00. I do not feel the groomer is being professional and accepting responsibility for injuring my dog.
