I bought said vehicle in november 2015, and by December 2015 the transmission went completely out , third and 4th clutch gear fail, I drive a truck for a living so I never put 500 miles on it yet bc I was working , I get vechile towed to repair facility, is where I learned it needed a transmission, rear engine seal, both rear air bags were bad, rear shocks were shot , window regulated for drivers side, per repair facility they have no idea how this vechile ever passed inspection bc it shouldn't have., and these are some of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with.and this is not just an isolated event , my girlfriend bought a vechile from there about a week after I did and made it home befor every light on the dash lit up and the truck went hay wire ,luckily she returned vechile same day. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This budget 90 day warranty was offered as a second warranty, ( How did I ended up with two different warranties??), Mr. [redacted] had sold the car with an initial coverage warranty that covered all damages (Attaching both contracts) have emails with dates to show which warranty the car was sold with, I took to the registered mechanic and agreed to order parts for it. exceding the $5,000, and when trying to contact the warranty company they told me there was NO Contract ACTIVE, I started contacting Mr. [redacted] but he was out of the country and had his secretary issue a second warranty (the budget to which he is referring to) after several attempts to contact him Mr. [redacted] my boyfriend showed up at the dealer and returned the car, Mr. [redacted] agreed to take it back and bought the debt with the bank, but refuses to return the deposit of $1600 down payment or partially, even knowing that we had to pay $800 of storage to release the car from the auto shop, where it had been sitting waiting for the initial warranty to cover the $5000 SAFETY ISSUES the car has, inspection in VA or MD may differ but this are SAFETY issues which will not pass inspection in neither state, the car had no miles added to it other than the miles to move it from and to the dealer and back to return it. I am currently persuing a legal claim against Mr. [redacted] for the down payment, thru small claims at the district court. He is a dishonest business man and I will not stop until he refunds my money back to which he is not entittled to keep. Regards,[redacted]

Review: The [redacted] of Select Cars of Thornburg [redacted] sold me a used [redacted] for $6,999 (all interes included) with a 3 month warranty, to cover small issues the car may had. He initiallly sent me a 3-6 Months/$7500 contact with "Cars Protection Plus" which he NEVER ACTIVATED, later sent me a second one with "Budget Plan Services" 3monts/$1000. He later went on vacations for Xmast and has never reply to emails and messages instead had his secretary communicate with me stating the issues would be resolved, a Registered Mechanic run a Diagnostic report which outcome stated due to SAFETY ISSUES the final cost to fix this issues is $5429.90 (REPORT AVAIALBLE) almost the same price as the vehicle price. After being given 3 different dates for his return, and well over 30 dyas after purchase, we went directly to the dealer and faced him personally, He REfuses to Honor the initial Warranty even after reading the Diagnostic Report and will not upgrade nor honor the warranty other than the $1000. He also Charged and promised to tag the vehicle, I received a permanent tag for the State of Maryland of (30 DAYS) Which will expired this coming Friday 1/16/15 when asked if this was a mistake and ask him to fix it, he stated the vehicle passed inspection in VA and he does not control MD motor vehicle admin and that was ALSO my issue Not his, even after knowing this issues are considered Safety issues by the registered mechanic. While communicating back and forth with [redacted] the [redacted] at the dealer she mistakenly forwarded me an email meant for [redacted] of another customer having the same issue with NOT having Tags for over 2 months. He is obviously aware of the issues with his cars but False Advertise this with promisses he later Changes and Do not Keep. He avoids contact with customers and Refuses to admit any faults.Desired Settlement: Honor Initial warranty/Repair SAFETY ISSUES. so that car can pass inspection.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] sports utility vehicle on 2/13/2015 for $4750 and processing cost was $250.00, which made the cost $5000.00 for title and plates with cash purchase. Moe was our sales person. I received in the mail on 3/4/2015 the tile from the original owner and papers that I had signed. My husband called me and informed me that he had talked to the owner, who used fowl language and stated that we brought the vehicle and it is our problem that the title and tags are not included in the price and that we had to get our own tags and title. I have never had this happen in my life with a dealership. I also started to have problems with the vehicle which I have to get checked out states the state police station ( fresh inspection sticker, but I think its exhaust issues) which should fail inspection if not working correctly. I feel mislead and they could have told me that I would have to pay for title but they didn't because it was included in the price.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of the processing cost for my title and tags, since I now have to go to[redacted] to before 3/15/2015 to get plates and title for this vehicle.
