I am sorry that Mr [redacted] did not understand that the repair which WAS CLEARLY ESTIMATED BY OUR SERVICE ADVISOR, DAN, AND IS CLEARLY OUTLINED ON THE ATTACHED REPAIR ORDER, was to weld in a universal flex pipe versus the FAR MORE EXPENSIVE option of replacing it If My [redacted] had found a less expensive part and or repair facility, he certainly had the right to take his car to the repair facility of his choice! Mr [redacted] took his car to Cole Muffler (Mavis Tire) we were told, before bringing the car to us and they were reportedly unwilling to do the remove, weld repair, reinstall possibly due to the time necessary to complete the job -- in this case SIX HOURS! The universal part installed was billed at a VERY reasonable $plus applicable sales tax No adjustment is warranted or necessary!

Regards, [redacted] In no way am going to accept me paying for parts and labor that was suppose to be fixed before the car gets to me because the car have that much leaking and other problem it should not pass inspection . I only have the car two months so meaning all those problems was wrong with the car before it gets to me . I give selecteuro cars a lot of apportunity to fix the problems with the cars. If select euro cars fix these issues . In no way I could have so much problem with the car if all these issues was taken care of. I could not make rare and tear to the car in two I only drive to work and back so meaning these problems was there when I get the. I refuse to pay for parts that I did not cause damage to.
I've been totally impressed with this dealership since I set foot on their car lotPrices are clearly markedInformation and Warranty information clearly displayedThe staff is easy to talk with, and they are knowledgeable or will FIND OUT for you, and they DO get back to you! It's been a week since purchasing an [redacted] off their lot, and I cannot complain about one single thingI'm actually taking time to write a few reviews- as I found these folks to be OUTSTANDING- which is getting harder and harder to find in ANY business now daysA) The sales office is open days a week / Service is M-F onlyBUT, sales is open 'til 7PM, so "after hour" pickup / issues can be taken care ofB) Sales and Service at one spot, one businessTheir training and list of accreditations certainly makes me feel good about the service department! C) Staff who know what they're doing, and can give you answers or GET you answersThey follow throughI don't often give reviewsbut this business really impressed me !!
