This is her daughter who was involved at the time of care. She has had a serious stroke and is not able to respond herself. I agree with the company that it is only $owed for the night shifts. She realized that after doing the entry.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, Her point in contacting Revdex.com was that she felt the service provider was not conducting business as was represented to us at the time of the introduction and contract was done. I continue to support the concerns about the issues involved, which were voiced several times in the dates of service, although, I don't believe it was right to not pay the night shifts. As soon as she is settled into a new environment and I am able to access her funds, I will pay the business the amount owed. See the cc e-mail address.

The attached letter was sent to the customer on 10/in response to her letter contesting the $in charges for nights of careWe felt it was a very kind and thoughtful response to her concerns and a full explanation of the agreed upon carePrior to sending the letter, we spoke with the
customer's daughter (& primary advocate) given that she was part of the initial assessment and plan of careShe suggested we remind her mother of what was agreed to and why as well as the fact that the facility she was discharging from had required 24xcare initially to have a safe discharge to a home environment. The first and main point of the customer's letter contains two factual errors that are the basis for the complaint and the reason used to not make full payment of the $remaining balanceThe first point is that she had "not agreed" upon the care and the second is that the "bill was $each for the females". The bill for the nights of care (hours per night, hours total) was $total or $per hour (not $each)This is the charge that is being contested.To address the "not agreed" upon the care aspect which is the more important point: - the facility discharging the patient required "24x7" coverage for her to safely go home after a stay in skilled nursing - we have a signed agreement with the client! - the clients daughter (primary advocate) was at the assessment and was in full agreement to have nights of care! (we scaled back per our plan to only nights given that the client was doing well at night and to save money)Lastly, we performed the services per customer, customer daughter & facility requestThe customer did not send the caregiver's home but rather accepted the care and then disputed it after the fact
