New desired resolution:We would like to have all the items corrected, repaired or replaced. I have records indicating communication to Mrs. L[redacted] in regards to some repairs that are needed. the porcelain square tile around the shower has a crack completely across that is very noticeable. The shower leaks due to lack of sealant across the bottom. The master bath wood framing around the tub is cheaply made and has cracks all through out, and even coming apart from the tub itself. The molding in one of the spare bedrooms has a huge gap between it and the floor. The carpet is coming apart in the door frame of the other spare bedroom where it was joined together. At the molding of this door there is a hole that is very noticeable and seems as if it goes all the way through. There is a long stress crack in the ceiling in the living room. There is long cuts in the flooring that looks like silicon had been put in them to hide them in the spare bathroom. You are able to feel knots in the floor throughout the home which consist in living room, kitchen and bedrooms while walking. I one of the spare bedrooms the closet is not hung or balanced correctly due to the fact when you walk you hear it bouncing. One end of the home doesn’t get adequate heat so it is colder and of course that is the end the children’s’ bedrooms. There is paint/putty on the carpets in the closets. In addition there was a light fixture that was in the living room, which had been taken down to be replaced with the ceiling fan. This was removed from the home, which we feel that is considered to be ours. The other one was left which was initially in the Master Bedroom, which was replaced by a ceiling fan which we purchased separate. I am requesting these items be fixed, repaired or replaced and an apology from the company for the lack of communication and stress that it as caused on our family for the past 10 months.

have made several trips to correct cosmetic issues. Select Homes, Inc., President and CEO, is aware of the cosmetic issues and will personally inspect and resolve any remaining conflicts.

I am inquiring as to how we respond to this complaint.  At the time we received this complaint on Wednesday, February 8th, all issues had already been corrected.  I spoke with [redacted] on Friday, February 10, 2017 and she reaffirmed everything had been taken care of and was very appreciative.
