Upon receipt of this correspondence we have attempted to contacted Mr*** regarding the issue with the policyWe left Mr*** a voicemail for a return call to resolve the issue. Mr*** had not notified us of any issue prior to receiving this correspondence from

We worked with this customer on getting his policy taken care of.  We paid a portion of his policy down payment to help him get this taken care of.  On his latest policy that we shopped around for him to find the lowest rate for him which he signed the policy documents on, they require you...

sign certain documents and send them back to them or they raise your rate.  He did not do that, and his rate went up.  Now he wants us to pay for his entire policy which of course we are not going to do.  Please see attached signed application.  Thank you

is not the case and has sent multiple emails, made calls, only for myself and staff to keep repeating ourselves. Customer gave wrong information and hid MVR incidents that were later discovered to make customer's plan ineligible. Once our agency discovered missing information, plan was cancelled and refund issued. Refund is currently in the 7-10 day process.

[redacted] withheld my information from my policy. I repeated asked him why. He told me because I had previously had a license in Mass that there was a loop hole. I will further investigate this matter further and follow up on the information that I have with my emails. All of them have been submitted to [redacted] at [redacted] of which I had previously did not want to include in this matter. She knows all about this matter and gave me an immediate refund. She was the one that red flagged this policy. She tried to reach [redacted] with no response. I am sure she will help me if [redacted] gives me any problems with my refund. Please just give my refund and I will drop this. Would the Revdex.com like a copy of all the emails. . Thank you in advance for taking care of this matter.
