RevDex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not satisfied with this resolution because there was no resolution given I am still stuck with a car that I have only owned for six months, and is now unsafe to drive, and is undriveable Their mechanic told me that the car was in great condition and was fine to drive off of the lot, therefore I believed them and bought the car I have only put 13,miles on the car and if it was in great condition like the mechanic said this would not be happening I have a witness that will attest to what both the mechanic and car salesman told me I still want the original offer that I gave, or for the loan to be forgiven so that I can get rid of the car and stop paying the payments and insurance on a car that is not worth it Regards, [redacted]

[redacted]from the business contacted the Revdex.com. the warranty for cars they sell are "As-Is" or 3 months 3,000 miles. This customer is outside of both of those warranties. All customers are given the chance to have a vehicle looked at my a mechanic before a purchase. This can't be refund.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from this car company in March 2014 and six months later am having to purchase a new car. The transmission in the [redacted] has completely blown, and the mechanic I went to says that it has been going down hill for a long time. The transmission for this car was in recall before I bought it, and my particular car never went in for the recall. The company never informed me of this issue. They knowingly sold me a lemon, and told me the car was in perfect condition when I bought it. My brother also bought a car from them, and his transmission started dying a week after he bought it. They told him that it's his problem to worry about because he drove the car off of the lot.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the down payment of the car, and the payments that I have paid thus far towards it. If they want, they can take the car back. I don't want it anymore. They have to come get it though because it is undrivable and unsafe to drive.
