Good afternoon! Select One Mortgage made every effort to help Mr*** purchase a home. In the end, his credit scores dropped which made him unlendable. There were other factors in play due to his lack of action that didn't help. It's our standard procedure to order
appraisals with all purchase transactions. Mr*** signed several disclosures indicating this was non refundable. That said, I sent him a check to reimburse the appraisal cost. This has been cashed and this appears to be resolved. I've asked him to reach out to you directly but hard to say if that will be done.Thank you!

Review: [redacted] who works at Selectone Mortgage said I was two points away for getting a USDA loan. I went with a USDA loan because years ago I used my VA loan and still own on it because I lost my job. This company took money right out of my bank account for the appraisal and they didn't tell my and they didn't get me the house.
