22nd, 2017 for a total refund of $124,87. Our records did not indicate that the refund check had been cashed to date. I called the patient to confirm that he received the refundard today he did state the check was cashed and he felt that was the end of the issue.Select Physical Therapy strives to provide exemplary and prompt customer service to all our patients. I did apologize to [redacted] for the delay and that we would continue to educate our team to avoid this problem in the future.
