Review: Our practice ordered an item 01/19/16 to date we have not received item and paid in full at time of order. I have tried many times to contact the business no one answers their phone and messages to return my call go unanswered. The website claims the orders are usually sent next day or up to 5 days.Desired Settlement: a call back from this company confirming that my order was processed and the expected delivery date.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that their response and explanation for delay in product and non-response due to IT issues is satisfactory to me.

Review: Ordered from safety select sales. 120225 was the order and they have not sent or shipped the item but they did take my money. The order status says not shipped and that's how I know the didn't ship it. The site calms one day shipping but it has been over a month.

I have tried for 2 weeks repeated calls and messages. I called and messaged today again(over a month later) and they do not call back or do anything(ship or return money) with my order. They also never answer phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want my order or money back.

Or if this is a fake site to let people know.

Select Safety Sales got ahold of me last night around 9. They worked it out with me and its resolved. Not sure if you got ahold of them or just weird timing but the fixed it. I no longer have a complaint.
