Hi,
The vehicle does have a days or miles limited warranty , however the repair needed was caused by something that impacted
the undercarriage , therefore not being covered by the warranty
Pictures of the damage that were taken by a dealership in CA were forwarded to the customer , as well as copies of the inspection that was done hereOur shop didn't notice the leak while the vehicle was here and there were no warning lights
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always try to do our best to have happy customers

[redacted] came in on 9/24 indicated he was selling the car and wanted an inspection. We offer two inspections, a visual for $125 and a more in depth for $250. [redacted] opted for the $125 inspection. During the visual inspection we found a...

bad radiator cap and replaced it and included the replacement in the price of the visual inspection. No visual concerns were found with the radiator or the radiator hoses. We have no idea why the radiator hose would blow off, that would require a more in depth diagnosis. [redacted] indicated to us that he drove the car for 400 miles after the inspection, if the car overheated due to a lack of coolant, it may cause the head gaskets to fail. Again, we were authorized to perform a visual inspection only and saw no problems with the radiator or radiator hoses at that time.

I came in requesting the radiator get checked out because it was leaking and then decided to do the inspection. The cap was supposed to fix the problem and keep all the coolant in the radiator, which it did not.

do I have the said vehicle no I do not still in there shop...

it's one thing or another and I feel that I am just getting a run around I would like my 500 back and my 1995 ford explorer I am not happy by any circumstances nor will I be I think they have lied about many things and I feel if you have to have a car this long to fix for 1 I don't want the car so with that being said I would like the 500 down that I put plus my 1995 ford Explorer back and then I will be happy.

I wish I would have been treated this way when I walked into Subaru. I have now purchased a vehicle at a different location that treated me how I should have been treated at my initial visit. Thank you
