I was with once was alarm force, this select security bought them out .first I had company at home and business sold business and kept alarm company at home but they disconnected my home instead of business 4 or 5 months without alarm and still paying. They took care of the mistake and gave credit. Then the cameras were not working almost 6 months now more maybe. They finally came out 5 20 2019 to place them after 2 thefts and couldn't see who it was due to the faulty cameras. If you or anyone looks at there reviews someone should do something about this company taking advantage of us.thanks LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY

Please reopen this fir me .this company does not care how or if there equipment works or not .after cameras canceled we agreed on a 28.00 monthly payment the fee never changed from 59.00 plus my home caught fire Sunday 27th the alarm also didn't work. I have notified an attorney and insurance company. THANK YOU.

Per attached, "We spoke to Mr. to resolve his concerns on 11/1/19, 11/5/19 and 11/7/19. During our last conversation on 11/7/19 we corrected his payment amount and credited his account to resolve his camera/billing concerns."
This company has been nothing short of a nightmare to work with. At the beginning they said that they had run a credit check (without asking anyone)- then told us that actually didn't happen. Now we receiving invoices constantly since they didn't run a credit check and just billed us the "total" up front they weren't able to include tax (WHAT??).
It took a lengthy amount of time to actually have the installs done that we needed and their word held no merit on when it would be done. They said that they were waiting on parts - when we looked up what parts and to see how long to order and confronted them on this - all of the sudden it would be installed sooner.
This was all to have elevator security installed with a camera and key fobs on the first floor and basement.
We have a large business building and needed the elevator security turned off for a conference - they turn the security off for the elevator but when our associates arrived for the conference they got to stand outside - the front doors were locked. (the day before the same thing had happened but the technician must not have thought to check to confirm that it would continue to happen??) When talking with select - constant confusion and disorganization. Very discouraging and frustrating process with them. No offer to reimburse or give us any sort of compensation for how everything went (not that we were looking for this - just wanted the jobs done correctly and not be billed for months on end )
