We have looked into the claims made by Ms. [redacted] and we can assure Ms. [redacted] that her information will not be sent over to any collections company. The credit card that was used to purchase our trial product was declined when we attempted to bill for the full price after the trial had ended. I have not received a cancellation confirmation email yet. I reread the terms and conditions and attached proof that it says to cancel before trial is up. I think they need to inform their customer service of this so they stop refusing people the right to cancel within that time. It should be illegal to refuse someone that right when the terms and conditions they accepted clearly states that. They have wasted a lot of my time.
