Spoke with the business, Chad stated that there some inconsistency with this storyFirst of all he never talked to me The vehicle is a very old vehicle with a lot of issues I honestly don't believe we broke anything on his vehicle We did a little extra work for him and did not charge him He was happy with our services I was told that he came back and spoke with Matt not me regarding this issue Matt said that he never offered him $ Matt offered to take a look at it and we never heard from him again until we received this complaint
