I am sorry that you feel like you haven't the best of service or productYour last repairs were performed within days which is within what we advertiseIt's normally quicker but you had several issuesThe technician who performs the repairs creates the invoice and that was not ***I did just review your invoice and it contains exactly what was found and what was repairedAs an expert, I can assure you that crossfire was turned on either manually or by an auto update from AMD that asked to have it turned on for an increase in performance without explaining to you that its result would be disabling the bottom cardCustomers are everything to us *** and maybe we could of explained your dual drive setup better and/or the warranty guidelines which are pretty standardA satisfied customer is worth more to me than a $repair bill and I am willing to refund that back to you

[redacted], We do have a sign on the front counter that states 3-5 days turnaround for computers but some repairs such as cleanups can be performed within 24 hours. The video cards did need to be adjusted an 1/8" down to allow the hdmi ports to be more accessible and we did so. The ports were useable...

at that point without any issues on the bench. Your Hard Drives are not partitioned. You have a 240gb solid state C: Drive and a 1tb Data Drives. They are 2 physical drives installed in your computer. It's my understanding that you were informed not to save large files such as your Origin games to the C: Drive but to the 1TB Data Drive. We transferred what we could to your data drive that freed up 40gb+. To correct this problem, you will have to remove any games from your C: drive and install them to the designated 1tb Data Drive. The Video cards were initially setup to be individual for 3 screen display. Placing them into crossfire mode will disable the bottom card because it combines the two as one. Your video card drivers were updated 02/2017 and crossfire was enabled turning off your bottom card. We had nothing to do with that.  Once repairs were completed, we tested google earth using the desktop software you already had installed and made a couple searches that zoomed and displayed with no issues. Video cards were stressed tested and passed All marks.  Our 1 year warranty we provide on new build follows standard warranty guidelines that when broken down covers what the computer does to you not what is done to it. No parts were faulty, your hard drives are setup correctly but you installed games to the incorrect drive, crossfire was enabled thus disabling video out on card #2, and google earth worked perfectly for us.  The only fault I saw of ours was the aligning of the card that partially blocked the hdmi ports. Because the above issues fall outside of warranty guidelines, that is why a labor #1 repair fee was accessed.

I am rejecting this response because: their sinage on the counter states 3-4 days, the person ([redacted]) would not give me a detailed invoice on the work that was done he told me that an ADM update which is set to auto update made the changes to the video card program. I make no changes to the operating sys on this pc that is beyond my skill level but this is not the first time that there have been issues with the pc.  They have had to come to my house to resolve overheating issues that were caused by tech's improperly installing fan wiring. I could go on with other issues but feel that would only cause me more grief, we are a customer service based world now I believe that you should do what you tell your customers you are going to do.Revdex.com t[redacted] you for your time and efforts.
