own parts. Customer’s car quit running the following month and asked to tow vehicle in and repair it. During this time the customer became due and the Finance Company ([redacted]) called about her payment. Customer stated that the car was here at Selecta and she would pay car note once car was ready and she was informed she would have to pay current in order to pick the vehicle up and that we would work out payment arrangements with service. Customer was fine with that and said it wouldn’t be a problem. Once the vehicle was repaired and told what she was owed she refused to pay and said she didn’t want the vehicle. Asked customer to come and sign a voluntary repo form and she wouldn’t. So we sent a 10day letter letting her know what was owed and that the vehicle would show as a repo.
