June 10, In response to [redacted] complaint on our warranty I have attached our warranty and what it covers along with her service invoiceCustomer was never out of any money for repairs but was told she would be responsible for parts on invoice [redacted] but said she would get her own partsCustomer’s car quit running the following month and asked to tow vehicle in and repair itDuring this time the customer became due and the Finance Company ( [redacted] ) called about her paymentCustomer stated that the car was here at Selecta and she would pay car note once car was ready and she was informed she would have to pay current in order to pick the vehicle up and that we would work out payment arrangements with serviceCustomer was fine with that and said it wouldn’t be a problemOnce the vehicle was repaired and told what she was owed she refused to pay and said she didn’t want the vehicleAsked customer to come and sign a voluntary repo form and she wouldn’t So we sent a 10day letter letting her know what was owed and that the vehicle would show as a repo Thank you, [redacted] Director of Finance Selecta Motors/ [redacted] I also attached a copy of customers invoices and a copy of her warranty
