I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They were very rude and unprofessional Horrible way for a small business to act. They had promised to have my items ready and did not, they couldnt find my item and the employee working was VERY rude, I find the owner and Manger to be very lacking in customer service along with there employees, I assure you I will never do business with them again and will let everyone I know be aware how little the care about the customers/clients. I was told by the employee working the Manger or owner would call me first thing the next morning and they did not. THey only contacted me once I filed a complaint. They have expressed no empathy in the frustration of this entire process

First of all, let me apologize your items were not pulled when you came in. Apparently the pull request slipped behind the file and it was not noticed. the 5. As we explained, sometimes the unfound item may be misplaced (we have 5,000 sq. ft and thousands of items on our floor) and we offered to keep looking and call you back. We also offered to have you look as you might be able to recognize it better than us. I am a little surprised that you wouldn't talk to a manager before filing a complaint with the Revdex.com after 2 short days. Myself (owner) and manager both looked today and found your item hanging in the dresses. (It was mistagged as a top and it was actually a dress). I will be happy to put this in the mail for you today, priority mail.
