Selective Wheels

Review: I bought a vehicle from Selective Wheels in Windber, PA. When I went, [redacted] was extremely nice and said he inspects his own cars and would never sale bad vehicles. I came back the next day because he "wanted to get it in the shop to make sure it was okay". I signed the title that said he put four " like new" tires on it. He later told me "he really hooked me up with this car". He said he got a diagnostic test ran the day before at a local shop. He also said " it sputters when you stop but its just needs some new gas in it". I took it home and it stalled every time you started it up. I have three children and it was winter and I couldn't let it warm up in the morning because it just stalled. I took it to three auto zones/advanced auto and all three said my OBD port was broken. Oddly enough, it was already passed my warranty. However, I didn't think it was that big of a seal. Since then, I have has several vacuum hoses bust and need replaced. I also had my brake line bust as I was coming off the highway at 45mph!!! What if my kids were in the car and I couldn't stop!?!?! And all of the sudden, white smoke started coming from my exhaust about three weeks ago. I'm talking pike billows of smoke. I took it yo a shop and it needs a new turbo which is going to cost 2000. I do not have that kind of money laying around. And I don't think it's right that I buy the car for 3500 FIVE months ago and I already have to put more than half of what I paid for it into repairs already. I called him several times as well as text messages and emails. He hasn't responded to anything. I'm a mother of 3 who works full time and now I have no way to work. I am at a loss of what to do. This isn't right and this shouldn't be legal.Desired Settlement: I either want my car fixed or a refund. This isn't right and shouldn't be legal. Since my car broke down, SEVERAL people told me that hr is a crook and does this to everyone. I even have first Hans testimonies of people who bought cars from him.
