Review: In late August 2013, I ordered the self-cut system due to reviewing youtube promos and demonstrations. After ordering the product on September **, 2013, I received my first communications from the self-cut system owner [redacted], stating out of stock and provided options: refund, wait to until new shipment arrival (late September or early Oct), or receive dented product and receive a $10.00 discount.) I selected to wait for new and non-damage item. On Oct **, 2013, I received the product (self-cut system) damage and sent out an email same day requesting refund or new product (self-cut system). On Oct [redacted], self-cut system requested pics of damage product and they will send a replacement for free. On same day Oct **, 2013, sent pics in email, on Oct [redacted], 2013..I sent another email asking for status update due to no response from self-cut system, on Oct **, 2013 I sent another email asking for update due to no response and at that time I wanted my refund only. A response on Oct **, 2013 from self-cut system apologizing and will send free shirt and drawstring bag As Soon As Possible with new product. Oct **, 2013 responded with another chance to get it right, send the free stuff and new product. On Nov [redacted], 2013, I sent another email asking for updated status. On Nov **, 2013, self-cut system responded with an apology and product will be sent next day As Soon As Possible. On Dec **, 2013 and Jan **, 2014, I sent emails asking for updated status and for simply giving me my refund. No response from self-cut system and I have called their office on numerous occasion with no one answering or returning my phone call via voice message left. Todate as of Feb **, 2014, I have not had any communication responses from self-cut system. I recommend no one support or purchase from this company.Desired Settlement: All I want is my refund on the product and close this drawn out matter.
