Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/09) */ The insured had an auto and home policy written through [redacted] through our agencyHer auto and home policies were on the same recurring direct bill account, which was set up on EFTWe received notice that the EFT did not go through and on 12/10/we called the insured and left a message to call us regarding the Cancellation notice from [redacted] effective 12/19/On Dec 2013, she came by the office, her address and payment information was updated with the company at her requestHer monthly payment continued with the company each month through May On June 23, the company issued a non-pay cancellation notice which was mailed to the insuredShe called our office on June and stated she would come the following Monday to give us new banking information as it had changed againWe let her know a payment must be made by 7/17/to prevent cancellationOn 7/18/the cancellation was processed by the company on both auto and home policies for non-payment of premiumOn August 14, our office called her again and left an urgent message to please call the office ASAPWe stated her auto and home lapsed, we never heard back from her or received the new banking information for her accountThe company, [redacted] mailed notices on 6/23/14, 7/27/14, 8/18/and 1/25/finally closed their account with a balance due of $still not paid for coverage that was provided

12/10/13 we called the insured and left a message to call us regarding the Cancellation notice from [redacted] effective 12/19/13. On Dec 18 2013, she came by the office, her address and payment information was updated with the company at her request. Her monthly payment continued with the company each month through May 2014. On June 23, 2014 the company issued a non-pay cancellation notice which was mailed to the insured. She called our office on June 27 and stated she would come the following Monday to give us new banking information as it had changed again. We let her know a payment must be made by 7/17/14 to prevent cancellation. On 7/18/14 the cancellation was processed by the company on both auto and home policies for non-payment of premium. On August 14, 2014 our office called her again and left an urgent message to please call the office ASAP. We stated her auto and home lapsed, we never heard back from her or received the new banking information for her account. The company, [redacted] mailed notices on 6/23/14, 7/27/14, 8/18/14 and 1/25/15 finally closed their account with a balance due of $163.37 still not paid for coverage that was provided.
