Our wedding was October 2013,bought there best package and still haven't received our wedding dvd. And 2 random charges were made by them on our [redacted]As stated above we paid well in advance in full for wedding package. (yes receipts and proof of purchase are available) still to this day, 2 years later we do not have our wedding video. Also we had 2 random charges charged to our [redacted]. upon further investigation self reflexion made these purchases for themselves. [redacted] very I thought honest mistake just cancel the charge. [redacted]Desired SettlementWell when we first asked about our [redacted] and what happened they said o we will give u something additional for the hassle. That never happened. No refund on anything. [redacted] At the very least I want a wedding dvd. I was told last year by [redacted] that every time I contact them they will add a week. Yes I have records of all this conversation. [redacted] Business Response This issue has been resolved as all the master raws and the entire finished project was delivered on an expensive 4 terabyte hard drive and we have contacted visa to reverse the charges that were made in error. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Yes they delivered some kind of drive, after over 2 years. [redacted]. Now to find a different company or person to make video. [redacted]. And as for [redacted] the charges were purchases over 2 years ago, you think they reverse charges on purchases then you don't know how [redacted] works. One charge of 1200 dollars was erased by us as we said it was fraud. The other charge I know won't be reversed as we are out of time frame. [redacted]. They have informed me that they are no longer taking clients or booking events as they have chosen a new career. [redacted] until I have a video paid for by them and reimbursement from other [redacted] PURCHASE [redacted] I will continue to not recommend them one bit. [redacted]

Our wedding was 09/27/2014 and we still haven't received our wedding vidoWe were told on numerous occasions ([redacted]) that our video was ready and can be either picked up from their office or it was being mailed to us and each time there was either some excuse as to why it wasn't done or they just ignored us and didn't deliver. When we tried to contact them regarding the video they either ignored us [redacted]. [redacted]. [redacted] is the person who deals with the wedding videos so most of our contact has been with him. we were required to pay $3,465 in full a week before the wedding, which is a lot of money. The contact states that there is no guaranteed time frame that they are required deliver the product, but at what point do you draw a line. Also, even though we received our photos from the wedding, the quality wasn't the greatest on some of them. Some photos were way too photoshopped and we don't even look like ourselves because our faces are distorted. [redacted]Desired Settlement If we can't get our video, we want our money back. Self Reflexion did an absolutely amazing job with our Engagement photos, our Wedding Photos, and even did a super fun "day after" shoot in all our wedding gear! All of our products were delivered in a timely manner and turned out gorgeously. We got several photo books made as gifts and our families loved them. They went above and beyond in making our day extra special-they put in extra time and effort when they didn't need to. We had a lot go wrong with our wedding plans and they actually used their expertise in the wedding industry to help us make our day extra magical. We purchased a wedding video for our wedding on August 17, 2014. The quality of the video was way below professional standard. My husband and I chose the 'Emperor' wedding photography package from Self Reflexion, which includes wedding video. The video we received is of very poor quality indeed. It appears to be unedited footage of our wedding ceremony, the speeches at our reception, and nothing else. It seems as if very little effort (if any) went into the production of the video. The specific issues are summarised as follows:Extremely poor audio. Part of the video has fuzzy lines moving up the screen, like old VHS. Our first dance song is incorrect. The footage is only of the wedding ceremony and speeches, and key events like first dance, disco, cutting the cake and throwing the bouquet were not included at all. [redacted] It is now March 1, 2015 and we still have not received a re-edited video from Self Reflexion, or any further communication. Desired SettlementWe would like a $500 refund and all the raw footage from the video taken so that we can take this to another organisation and get a proper wedding video. [redacted]
