Self Storage Solution

Complaint[redacted], the manager, failed to notify me that there was construction occurring in my storage unit the day that I moved out. I hired [redacted] to move my belongings out of my storage unit, #[redacted] at Self Storage Solutions. I spoke to [redacted] about this move on 3-4-14 and was not informed that construction would be happening on the unit building. As a result, I have paid a large sum of money to [redacted], and am unsure if they will be able to complete the move today because it is taking them so long to get around the construction. The construction includes a large 4-5 ft ditch in front of the building. The owner, [redacted], can send pictures.[redacted] claims that she did inform me of the construction. However, my phone log confirms two phone calls to Self-Storage Solutions in the past week:1. 3-4-14 call at 11:37 am. Lasted 1 minute. Called to ask if I could move out tomorrow (3-5-14). [redacted] told me that I needed to turn in my keys in order to end the contract and advised me to move on 3-5-14 (today) so that I could save $125 by not having to pay another month's rent2. Yesterday (3-4-14) call at 3:06 pm. Lasted 1 minute. Called back to double-check to make sure it was OK if I wasn't there.
