Self Storage Zone - Ritchir Station

4/14/On 11/27/the customer in question rented a unit from Self Storage Zone and was given her personal facility access code which was verified as workingOn 11/29/the customer in question returned to our office and stated she no longer wanted the unit and requested a refund, she was informed that the refund will be returned to her card within 2-weeks at which time she stated that she was unable to gain access to the facility on 11/27/and had to keep the rental truck for one more day and wanted Self Storage Zone to pay for the extra costThe customer in question was informed that her request would be sent to management and someone will be in contact with her within the next 2-days because it was the weekendThe customer in question was contacted and informed that Self Storage Zone reviewed our system and could not find any signs that her access code was used and/or denied and Self Storage Zone will only credit what she paid for the unit ($30,74).The customer in question was asked why she didn't return with the truck to move her items into her unit and she said she doesn't want to rent from us any longer and rented elsewhereHad the customer in question returned with the truck and moved her items into her unit and her access code was found to be denied or the unit she rented over locked, Self Storage Zone would have worked with her.SSZ Management?

To get into the main gate, the access code was not verified by *** *. I returned on that Thursday 11-28-and told *** *what happened as I stated in my statementAs of today I have not received any credit back to my card. I did not get a call from Zone self-storage until I called them. I was the one giving them the benefit of the situationI was the one making the calls and returning to the business and that is when I met *** *. The reason why I did not rent the unit from them is because I had called every number that was on all of the forms with no answerI feel that this company did not show any business concern to me, the customer, to have a number for me to call for any emergency which I had. There was no concern whatsoever from the management

Review: I had rented a storage space and the code that was given to me did not work. Earlier I had rented a truck on Nov. 27, 2013 and had to keep it for an extra day which cost me $83.17. I talked to **. [redacted]., who is the property manager on Nov. 28, 2013 and asked him to credit my storage amount to my credit card account. I had to cut my vacation short in order to solve this problem. On Nov. 28, 2013 I talked to [redacted]. She said the manager will call you on Saturday Nov. 30, 2013. He did not call until Dec. 03. 2013, ([redacted].). He stated that the district manager will credit my account. I waited a month to check my account and no credit was there. The district manager's name is [redacted]. As of today, April 14, 2014 I have not heard any more from them. One of the coldest days of the year I could not get access to the storage I had rented. I had to keep the rented truck for an extra day, and instead was given the run around. I want Self Storage Zone to pay the complete truck cost of the truck of $183.17 plus $30.74 for storage and my time.Desired Settlement: The complete cost of the truck, my storage fee, and my personal time that cost me to cut my thanksgiving vacation short with my family.Rented truck $183.17Storage $30.74 and the cost for my time lost.
