The email below was sent to [redacted] along with the receipt of a refund to her credit cardThank you for your help in resolving this issue.Dear [redacted] I have just received a copy of a letter you wrote to the Revdex.com and I want to apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay with usI am embarrassed by the poor level of service you received while a guest at the resort and apologize for the miscommunication regarding a return call to you, I have taken the liberty of crediting your [redacted] card account ending in $for the charges we posted to your accountI want to assure you that I will speak to the staff involved so that they understand how their actions affected what should have been a wonderful experience for you, Again, I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience you encounteredI have attached a copy of the credit receipt and the refund should be applied to your, account in 3-business days.Warm regards,Dorothy

By the owner's own admission there was no flooding at the facility, yet my storage items had stood in two inches of water (based upon the water lines on my furniture) Irregardless of insurance, a tenant has a reasonable expectation of shelter for their stored items This is not the case at this facility I cannot explain where all the water came from, but I was told by the manager, at the time I rented, that they never had a complaint of water damage That must be an outright lie from my experience I will never believe that this is a well managed storage facility My furniture was chewed by rats and stood in waterI feel the Revdex.com has a duty to log my complaint to protect others from such obvious deception State Farm has denied my claim after inspecting the facility and stating that the damage was done by "driven rain water" Even if I had elected the 3rd party insurance, I am sure it would not have paid based upon a similar rationale This is all the more reason for the Revdex.com to weed out these inferior storage facilities Please lodge my complaint and keep it active to protect others.Finally, if the owner doesn't believe there is anything wrong, why would he express regret on the last page Who else is to blame if not him?
