I ordered a hosta on June 18, 2020. Still no hosta! Sent multiple emails and have not received a response. Website and Facebook seems disabled. They have my money and I did received my merchandise. They need to be checked out so see how many more they have taken advantage of!

I ordered a potbelly basket online on 6/5/2020. My bank card was charged but I never received the purchase. I've tried contacting the company by phone but the number is disconnected. I sent several emails as well with no response. I'm requesting a full refund $23.94.

Purchased order XXXXXX-A, for $25.91 in March. In April I was told the covid19 was holding up shipping. In May I again inquired about shipment but received no response.
In June I asked for a refund. No response, no refund.

I purchased $35.88 worth of seeds from this company through *** on 3/9/2020. I have never received the product . They responded one time by email blaming coronavirus in late April or early may and I emailed again early June and no response! I still haven't received product or refund.

. Well I ordered from them over 2 months ago on March 15th. I emailed twice over the last month, and their phone is a fast busy signal every time. I understand with the pandemic maybe they are closed. But after 2 months why haven't they given the website an updated situation? Post that orders are not being shipped? Email the people who money you have taken and give them some info? The Revdex.com needs to really question someone at this outfit, because you can still order plants as of today, with no warning that you will be charged the fee and not get a product. They advertise you will receive a shipping number in 72 hours. Never received shipping info, never answering emails (something they can do from home), and continuing to bill.

I had ordered plant seeds from this company and they took MORE money from my account, than the invoice stated. Also, I never received my plant seeds! I have contacted them via "contact us", *** and by phone... and have not been able to reach anyone, let alone get a response... not so much as a generic automated response. I want my money back.

I placed an online order march 8th 2020 and have not received this item. Emails are not being returned from this company. I paid with my bank card $59.82.

On June 22 2019 I purchased plants from All Things Plants for amount of 99.70 USD. The confirmation of that order came from ***. I received a tracking number: ***. The purchased plants did not arrive for almost 2 month now. I sent several emails at the contact email and received 2 responses so far saying that I will receive the plants very soon. Since this didn't happen and I plan a longer trip in September, I decided to cancel this order and ask for a redound. This email and request remains unanswered for over a week now

I ordered plants from this company and after a couple weeks, I contacted them to inquire about when I would receive them. I have never heard back from them and have tried to contact them many times. I was charged and did pay for the merchandise, but have not heard from them at all.
