I purchased a website from this company on May 31, Since the purchase I have had consistent issues with the servicing of the website in which I was locked out several times There were some sort of hacking issues that were said to have been resolved a week after I was granted access to the back office of the website I was told it was resolved, in which, continued hacking attempts occurred where again the company locked me out of the site and I still have no access to make my own personal changes to The customer service has been incredibly lacking, as I have been told after calling for updates regarding the site, and no one got back to me I have made several email attempts that either were never responded to, or I had to text several times to get a response, in which I was assured things would get taken care of and someone would get back with me It has been more than three weeks since my prior correspondence via email was addressed by the company stating I would be given
