I love the company a young man came to my door and told me his story and his goals and he was very sincere and it made me want to help him even more.. he spoke well and was dressed very professional. I asked him about the company and how can I help him and he said if I really want to help him gain the points he needed I'd have to pick a few magazines so I did and he carefully explained all the details and hand me a copy of my purchase and a few weeks later I received my magazines .. thanks Charles I hope you reach your goals and would love to get an update on your status..Be safe [redacted]

This organization needs to go. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR!

I am a young, single mother. My home is situated in a good part of town, but for my family's safety, I have a "no solicitor" sign. During the afternoon, a man came to my home from this organization to sell magazines. He did not identify himself as selling anything and asked personal questions about my home and my family, making me very uncomfortable. I allowed him his time to explain the service and why he was involved, but explained that I was not interested and that I certainly would not be writing a check to a stranger. He then became very aggressive and far less courteous than when he was seeking a sale. I felt very threatened and have since felt less safe in my own home.

Who sends people with admittedly colorful pasts to people's homes to ask for checks with their personal information and accounts numbers listed on them? I am in disbelief that this exists in 2015. Customer service did nothing to assist me.
