I am not sure why Mrs*** thinks she was baited and switched because she originally contacted our company for a price to replace her air conditioning systemAnother company had come out and diagnosed that her coil was leakingI went out to her house and noticed that our company had installed
the air conditioner less than years agoI thought I was doing Mrs *** a favor and told her that we could just replace the coil and she could probably get another years out of the existing air conditionerShe agreed to have us replace the coil and a part on the furnaceAfter replacing the coil we realized that the condenser coil was the one that was leaking and not the evaporatorAt that point we advised Mrs *** that we would've replace the evaporator coil when replacing the air conditioner anyway and that we either needed to try and repair the condenser coil or replace the air conditionerShe opted to replace the air conditioner for the additional costMrs *** has payed some, but not all of her bill and refuses to pay the rest even thou we have spent hours on the phone explaining that she received a great install of a high efficiency system at an agreed upon discounted priceWe will be taking Mrs *** to court to get collect the remaining balance due
