Review: I RETAINED ATTY [redacted] FOR THE SUM OF $1,500.00 FOR REPRESENTATION OF OUT OF STATE PROPERTY DISPOSAL 2012. HE ADVISED ME THAT $500.00 WOULD BE USED FOR THE OUT OF STATE REPRESENTATION AND $1000.00 WILL GO TOWARD A BANKRUPTCY (SHOULD I NEED TO FILE). I DID NOT NEED TO FILE BANKRUPTCY NOR DID THE BANKS DEAL WITH [redacted]. THE BANK WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH ME PERSONALLY. AFTER THAT BANK RELIEVED ME OF MY OBLIGATION WITH THEM, SEVERAL MONTHS LATER I SENT A LETTER TO ATTY SELIGMAN OFFICE VIA CERTIFIED REQUESTING THE RETURN OF THE UNUSED AMOUNT OWED TO ME. I ALSO CALL SEVERAL TIMES. TO DATE I HAVENT HEARD FROM THE OFFICE NOR RECEIVED A BREAK DOWN ON HOW MY MONEY WAS USED.Desired Settlement: IM REQUESTING A REFUND OF $1000.00 SINCE THAT ATTY [redacted] WAS NOT NEEDED FOR A BANKRUPTCY FILING.
