Unfortunately, nothing in the complaint is accurate.  First, there is an agreement that is validated and has very clear terms.  This agreement is signed and dated and clearly executable.  The reason the client is attempting to claim the agreement is not valid is because he is trying...

to avoid paying our Agency what is owed in sales commission for an improperly canceled contract.  We understand the financial pressure of starting and managing a business, but we agreed in writing on terms and how to handle terms through arbitration if we had a disagreement.  The agreement states it is the entire agreement and bind both parties to the terms.  Mr. [redacted] has full authority to validate any agreement for client acquisition for the corporation.  The video referenced was never paid for because the client stated clearly that he could not afford the video and attempted to get a $5,000 video for $500... so when we rejected that offer, he said he would provide one he could make himself.  The video sent was a homemade poor quality video with aggressive knife stabbing into fruits.  The product we were contracted to sales was to be sold to elementary schools and the video was too distasteful to introduce to school boards.  The product was also poorly packaged and we needed changes in order to satisfy our buyers... these changes were never met and the client refused to conform to buyer request.  The agreement states clearly that the fee paid was for sales reps to fulfill wholesale buyers requests and generate sales and marketing performance.  The contract is for 1 year and we are still within the contract windows, so again this is due to the fact that the client is avoiding his obligations he signed and committed to.  We have over 200 schools looking to purchase the protective energy gear that we have engaged with.  The schools are budgeting and engaging and the client is well aware of this.  We feel the attempt is to avoid paying us the commission owed.  The contract states clearly that we are to be accommodated in good faith for our "sales performance."  Sales performance included time, effort, purchase orders, and marketing.  This was explained to the client before he signed the agreement.  Creating awareness of the brand is the first part of the performance...and this was done and documented with thousands of wholesale buyers.  (We exceeded quota)  When the client realized that he inaccurately cancelled the agreement and will be held to the terms, he then began to blackmail us and threaten to create a defamation campaign.  He said he would go to the Revdex.com and complaint and even threatened us personally... claiming he will spread lies across the internet if we did not conform to his demand and return money to him.  The lack of communication he claims was only for a short 2 week period when Mr. [redacted] lost his mother unexpectedly.  Mr. [redacted] took some time to recover and immediately reached out to the client upon his return.  We informed the client clearly that the sales performance and reps exceeded sales value and that if he cancelled the agreement that he would have to pay us the owed commission, which would be over $20,000 US.  Our agency has spent months on this campaign, overcome sales rebuttals with packaging, and marketed with limited sales support from the client ... we realize he was in a start up phase and wanted to do the best we could with his limited budget because we felt he could potentially save kids lives... what we did not expect is to be threatened and blackmailed when the clients bad business practices put financial strain on him.  The agreement is being avoided and is completely validated... Please note ...we also offered a resolution to work through the rest of the year, even though the client has no budget to support the agency or marketing efforts...We wanted to try and rectify any misunderstanding and work wth each other so we can move forward.  This is what our most recent conversations were about ... The client initially agreed to this but still did not want to pay us our owed commission for the introductions made.... and again the client continued to demand money that is not owed for a contract that he has violated and ignored .... He has fabricated claims of quotes that were never made by our principal and has lied in public to create a defamation case.  (Even this complaint violates our sales agreement, and is completely false... )It is unfortunate that the Revdex.com would allow someone under contract to try and utilize its service to help facilitate a defamation campaign.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
---This Seller-Able LLC told a lot of lies in their reply. For example, I never heard about I "owned" them $ 20,000 not they owned me $5,000. I will file my complaint to FTC.
Regards,
