In February of I took a Citizens Watch in to the business for repair After many contacts with the business still no watch
I was given various reasons the watch had not been repaired (parts on order, contacting manufacturer, too busy, etc.) After one year I was told the watch repair person had quit and that the watch would be fixed by the owner several contacts in the following months still resulted in no watch and no contact by the owner The watch needs to be repaired
