Clearly we are going to continue to go around and around on this issue*** Painting DID NOT, I repeat DID NOT leave the paint for meAgain, why would have have had the new painting contractor buy $1000+ in paint if they left the paint for me? I wouldn't haveUnfortunately *** *** and his workers are two faced liars and just want to cover this complaint upI've already sent in receipts showing the paint costs that I incurred because the paint wasn't left behindAdditionally, I sent in the screenshot from the text messages that's I send his lead painter, ***, when I was trying to get the paint that *** says was left behind*** didn't respond because he didn't leave the paint behind.The only resolution to this issue is to post this complaint on the Revdex.com website so consumers know what potential issues they'll deal with if they hire this company. *** doesn't want that and has threatened to sue me if I don't remove the complaintNot exactly a quality businessman, especially when I have all the proof to back up the facts

I categorically deny any negative characterizations about myself or my company lodged in this complaint.I have been a member of the Revdex.com for over 40 years and have never ever had one complaint lodged about me or or anyone associated with me........this should speak for itself .

Enclosed in attachment are invoices for over $1100.00 in paint and material purchased for this job. The paint was not used and all was left on clients front door. This paint was specifically tinted to customers specs and no paint manufacturer will take back or issue a refund for such paint. Furthermore I had no use for this paint. All preparation including stucco repair and caulking were completed prior to our departure.

Here is my response the the business owners response.He can deny anything he wants to, but the written communication with the business owner should speak for itself. Additionally, he claims he left me $1000 worth of paint as a goodwill gesture. Yet another lie from [redacted]. I have attached copies of the receipts from the new contractors that shows the paint and supplies they bought for the job. If he left me $1000 worth of paint like he claims, then why would I have the new contractor spend $1000+ to buy the same paint??? Trust me, I would have loved to have spent $1000 less. The unfortunate reality is that the new company cost me $1000 more than [redacted] painting's quote and I am not happy about that either.Lastly, he may not have a negative Revdex.com complaints in the past because his MO is to threaten a lawsuit unless the complaint is removed within 48 hours. Yet again another email you have from [redacted]. Most consumers probably back down from this and the complaints are removed. I am not one of those people. I want other consumers to know what experience I had with this company. [redacted] is lying and trying to block me from publishing an accurate review.A company that treats consumers this way should not have the distinguished Revdex.com accreditation. This was yet another thing I looked at before deciding on a painting contractor. Well, my due diligence clearly didn't pay off.Bottom line, I would hope the Revdex.com is smart enough to read through the lies of [redacted] and look at the proof I have provided to back up my statements.Please reply back to let me know you received this and that you added it to the complaint.Thanks!
