what a poor service. we had amplex for 3 years. seems to be they have a lot of troubles around this time of year. last year it took them a month to figure out our computers where ok. they had issues at there end and try to say it was us. they ended up changing equipment on there end about 4 times. this year the same thing. sent a tec. out 2/6/2014 and told him not to change anything. still slow to no service. again a tec. came out 2/11 and changed antennas. it took 2-4 days for them to come out. by this time I had another service started, 2x faster, and half the cost. after I closed the account, it only 2 hours for them to get there stuff. then they left cable hanging in mid air. looked like crap. it's over now. at least I hope so.
