what a poor servicewe had amplex for yearsseems to be they have a lot of troubles around this time of yearlast year it took them a month to figure out our computers where okthey had issues at there end and try to say it was usthey ended up changing equipment on there end about timesthis year the same thingsent a tecout 2/6/and told him not to change anythingstill slow to no serviceagain a teccame out 2/and changed antennasit took 2-days for them to come outby this time I had another service started, 2x faster, and half the costafter I closed the account, it only hours for them to get there stuffthen they left cable hanging in mid airlooked like crapit's over nowat least I hope so
