Good Morning,Please be advised that the customer in question emailed the corporate office on Sunday, May 7, at AM Mr [redacted] replied to the customer on May 8th, at 1: PM The customer sent another complaint via email on May 10th, to which Mr [redacted] responded to on May 11th at 9:AM The contents of both messages is below To this date, the Mr [redacted] has not received the customer's response to collect the gift certificate Miss [redacted] , I am resending my response to you as It would seem you didn’t receive the one I sent on MondayPlease let me know if you receive this oneYou can call me or write me back.Thank You, [redacted] From: [redacted] Sent: Monday, May 08, 1:PM To: [redacted] Subject: sweepstakes 05/8/ [redacted] , I have investigated your complaint this morning and you are have every right to be upset over this situationThe lady that you talked to you at least told you the truth about what happenedThat is not the way this was supposed to happenWe will correct the language in the rules next year that we will give a winner of any prize a certain amount of time to claim their prize before we re-draw someone elseWhat happened in your case should have never happenedYou were supposed to be awarded one of the $gift certificates and just because you didn’t answer your phone when called was not justification for you not to receive itThis will not happen againI want to Thank You for writing us here and also want to apologize for your inconvenienceI am going to double the amount that you were supposed to winIf you would please send me your address, I will get the certificate in the mail to you ASAPIf you have any more questions about any of this then please feel free to write me directly at this e-mail address or you can call me to discuss at [redacted] Thank you again for letting us know that this happened and also Thank You for your business.Regards, [redacted]

What happened in your case should have never happened. You were supposed to be awarded one of the $25.00 gift certificates and just because you didn’t answer your phone when called was not justification for you not to receive it. This will not happen again. I want to Thank You for writing us here and also want to apologize for your inconvenience. I am going to double the amount that you were supposed to win. If you would please send me your address, I will get the certificate in the mail to you ASAP.
