On 4/10/my checking account had a deposit of cent from NRG Support I I did not recognize the company nor did I understand the reason for the deposit
On 4/20/I found that my account had a pending debit of $from the same company - NRG Support I inquired again to the company NRG Support LLC as to why? The could not give me a satisfactory reason for the service they would be suppling, but told me I signed up in March Before the questions could be answered the phone hung up I tried several times to call back and kept getting an answer service I immediately called my bank and had a stop payment placed for this company

It seems NRG receives alot of customer complaints against them drafting money from individual accounts without authorization. Same here. I called and they said I subscribed to a 30-day trial for some "data usage". I don't even have a computer and I certainly never received an email confirmation. I would never sign up for anything online, much less enter my banking account information. How do they get away with this? I now have to close my bank account to make sure they do not do this again. Isn't this against the law?
This company has been charging my bank account $39.95 since Nov. I did not realize it but found them when I was reviewing transactions in my account. I did not authorize them to draw any money from my checking account. In fact, I am not sure how they got my checking account information. I found a charge for another company also which leads me to believe that they are selling my information to other companies or they have more than one company that they are doing this with. I disputed the charges with my bank and when the bank contacted the company the bank was told I purchased an insurance policy with them.
I filed a complaint with the FBI internet fraud unit against this company.
I saw a pending transaction on my bank account that was identified only as NRG. I have no business with them, so I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. I was given a contact number and tried for several hours to contact the business to question the charge. After utilizing every prompt on their voicemail, I must conclude that this is not a legitimate business. I was unable to speak to anyone. Even after leaving a message I have received no return call and have disputed the charge.
