Seller 1onis an [redacted] partner and advertised a Motorola Razr cell phone on [redacted] 's website but they shipped a cell phone cord instead Requested they send the right merchandise and they sent a 2nd cordAfter emails to their customer service department, they responded that the ad was a mistake There was no phone contact for me to call They have never shipped the merchandise that was ordered nor have I been refunded the "expedited" shipping charges that should not have been charged when they shipped a different product than what was advertised and ordered This is a skam!

I purchased a tablet at a discounted price from Seller1on1, when the tablet crashed after less then a week of use I contacted the seller to see what could be done. I was unable to restart the tablet and asked for them to replace the item or refund me my money. The seller sent me return label to their facility in Brooklyn, NY. As instructed I sent the tablet back to that address. I e-mailed the company and asked them for a case number so I could track the progress on the return. The only e-mail I received was a generic letter about me giving them time to process the return, that they receive thousands of packages a day and that when it was sorted that I would receive an e-mail from returns. I returned the package on the [redacted] of July and it "arrived" at their facility on the [redacted], however the address was undeliverable to. I e-mailed the company after seeing this through the tracking number, it was a label e-mailed to me by the company, that I had trouble printing as it was, I even sent them screen shots of the tracking page. The company did not respond to the e-mail, when I requested my money back because I stated I was feeling scammed out of my money now, the company told me I needed to contact [redacted] to get my money back. I was able to contact [redacted] for a replacement tablet, but if I don't get the original one back in the mail I will be forced to pay the full price on that tablet in addition to the money I already spent on the first one.

Purchased OtterBox Defender Series Case for iPhone 4s for $30.00. Called and e-mailed Seller 1on1 multiple times as the case ordered needed to be exchanged for iPhone5s. Requested information about return policy and how to return. 3 months later there is no response. Calls go into a voicemail and are not returned. One e-mail response was indicated product was not confirmed as received and therefore could not assist until there system updated.

Review: I purchased 3 chromo tablets for christmas 2013. they were fine for 2 weeks one stopped working than the other one and so on. had to go back on amazon to request return labels for the first 2 but when the 3rd one quit had to go through seller1on1 for a replacement. this second group of tablets lasted a few more weeks now none of them work!!!! so I requested a refund for them all. now I am told that its past the time for a refund they want to replace them. I have been fooling around with them since January of this year and these kids used them for a total of 3 weeks since christmas. when this second group stopped working I want my money back. I even thought of getting just one tablet a different one for the price of these three, but they e mailed me today and said no have to take a replacement of the same 3. Now I am filing a complaint with you for my refund money which I wanted anyway. the amount I am owned is 196.30 for the three tablets. I am filing a complaint with amazon also, I shop alot with them never had this problem before. I need your help in getting my refund for these products. thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Since I tried replacements which did not work either, I want a refund for the 3 tablets for $196.30.
