I heard about Seller's Advantage on KFI Radio (Los Angeles) At first I was skeptical and afraid it would be a scam, but looked at reviews and the company appeared legitimate I was contacting them to help my mom sell her house and we were in not in the position to get the house 'ready for market' The company was very quick with their response to my inquiry on their website, and they were able to come out to my mom's place and give us a quote within a day of my website inquiry [redacted] was very helpful and had great communication the whole process The bid was very close to our asking price, knowing the As Is condition of the house which did need a lot of cleaning and work The paperwork was very easy to fill out, and we only needed documents notarized for the process We also dealt with [redacted] who was also very pleasant to work with They can also close escrow SUPER fast, or take as long as you need depending on your circumstance We asked for a month escrow to allow time to find my mom and new place and they were very accommodating Also, there was an awkward situation at the time escrow was supposed to close in that a relative of my mom's who had been staying with her had not moved off the property yet [redacted] was very cool about it and worked with us to give the person the nudges they needed to get off the property so that escrow could close The funds for escrow cleared on a Friday and we had a check delivered by Monday morning Overall I was very pleased with the service If you are in a situation where you have a house that you just want to get rid of AS IS, these are the people to go to

If you have a house that needs work or you may not have enough time to list it and wait for the house to sell, you most definitely need to call Seller's Advantage! I am the trustee to my parents property and I was not looking forward to everything that was going to be involved in selling their houseThe repairs that were needed, the real estate company listing and having to drive hours to get there, cleaning out my parents houseIt was all very overwhelmingI saw the commerical for Seller's Advantage and thought that I would give them a callafter all I could just say no and there were no fees involved in a meeting at the propertyWithin days I met Courtney at my parents houseWe walked thru the property while she took picturesWe chatted about the house and my situtationShe handed me an offer that day before she left with no pressure what so ever to call her back by a certain day or timeI accepted Seller's Advantage offer days later with no annoying phone calls to push me alongAfter I accepted the offer the paperwork was emailed to me to fill out and return by emailI had a few questions which were answered right away over the phoneI had requested a day escrow which closed on the 45th dayDuring that time I met with Damon,the company president and Mark,the head contractor, both very profesional and friendlyI had been told earlier that all I had to do was sign the paperwork and they would take care of EVERYTHING elseThey did not lieThey sent me all the necessary paperwork, paid off the small mortgage, changed the utilities to their name, cleaned out everything that was left in the house(and there was quite a bit) and wired the money to my accountThis whole process was straight forwardThere were no surprises and it didn't cost me a dime! Nothing! Hard to believe that in this day and age that there really is still a company that does exactly what they say If you have a house to sell why on earth would you hassle with the real estate companies, repair companies and all of the running around involved in that process? Seller's Advantage is more than fair in their offer, they do everything that needs to be done and they get rid of everything that gets left behind I could not have asked for any better experience!
