I am the trustee to my parents property and I was not looking forward to everything that was going to be involved in selling their house. The repairs that were needed, the real estate company listing and having to drive 2 hours to get there, cleaning out my parents house. It was all very overwhelming. I saw the commerical for Seller's Advantage and thought that I would give them a call. after all I could just say no and there were no fees involved in a meeting at the property. Within 2 days I met Courtney at my parents house. We walked thru the property while she took pictures. We chatted about the house and my situtation. She handed me an offer that day before she left with no pressure what so ever to call her back by a certain day or time. I accepted Seller's Advantage offer 3 days later with no annoying phone calls to push me along. After I accepted the offer the paperwork was emailed to me to fill out and return by email. I had a few questions which were answered right away over the phone. I had requested a 45 day escrow which closed on the 45th day. During that time I met with Damon,the company president and Mark,the head contractor, both very profesional and friendly. I had been told earlier that all I had to do was sign the paperwork and they would take care of EVERYTHING else. They did not lie. They sent me all the necessary paperwork, paid off the small mortgage, changed the utilities to their name, cleaned out everything that was left in the house(and there was quite a bit) and wired the money to my account. This whole process was straight forward. There were no surprises and it didn't cost me a dime! Nothing! Hard to believe that in this day and age that there really is still a company that does exactly what they say.
If you have a house to sell why on earth would you hassle with the real estate companies, repair companies and all of the running around involved in that process? Seller's Advantage is more than fair in their offer, they do everything that needs to be done and they get rid of everything that gets left behind.

I was wanting to move to another State and I needed to sell my home. It wasn't a wreck, but it needed a bunch of stuff done. I had just spent $2,000 to fix 12 feet of block wall that a tree had broken. I had seen the ads for Seller's Advantage and I checked them out online. They looked good. I looked at Zillow for an idea of what houses were going for in my area. I did some figuring on my own, estimating things like what a real estate sales commission would be and what it would take to get the house ready to sell that way. I contacted Seller's Advantage and Courtney came out to meet with me. She looked the house and yard over and made an offer. It was very close to what I had thought they might offer and so I accepted. We set a date to close escrow and I was off to find my new home. Towards the end of the escrows, a couple of things were needed for the escrow for my new home. I contacted Courtney for help and she got their escrow people helping to finish things.
