In January or February 2016, This company put an entire new roof on our house, which came with a warranty
Approximately a month ago, October 2017, the roof began leaking onto our bed
We called multiple timesNo calls returned
We finally got someone on the phone, set up an appointment for two days later
No one showed up, no one called to cancel
We then began calling again the next dayNo calls returnedagain
The following week I finally got *** ***, the owner, on the phoneHe claimed he knew nothing about the previous weeks calls or appointmentsHe then set up a new appointment to come out the next wednesday
Again, No one showed up, no one called
And Again, we began calling the next day
A new appointment again was set up, which was yesterday
AND AGAIN, no one called, no one showed up

Recently had our roof replaced because of wind and hail damageThey were extremely helpful walking us through the process of filing an insurance claim Very efficient in getting our roof replaced in a timely mannerWould recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacedQuality workmanship
This company put a new roof on my house and in the process, ruined my front yard where they parked their trailerDon S*** kept making promises (numerous times) to fix my yard, with no resultsI would not recommend any company that does not follow up on promises and fix their mistakes!!
I called S&H after finding a ceiling leak and he came over right away to inspect and patch the arera that was leaking He was very good at showing me what he found and explaining what my options were He was very helpful in working with my insurance carrier and was here for their inspection as well His crew arrived on time to do the job and left the yard spotless I have no problem recommending S&H roofing They did a great job
Due to the hail storm we had in April we had damage to our houseWe were unsure of what to do The owner, MrS***, came to the house and assisted us on what to do firstWe made a few calls and he then took care of everything His crew was very professionalThey are over and above in customer service Thanks!
I looked them up on the Revdex.com trying to get a roofer that I could trust and do a good jobI spoke with the owner, seemed like a good guy, I was rightHe went way above what he needed to do to get the job done He took care of everything, helped with the insurance claim, made three trips from Birmingham, over miles one way just to help with it before he even had the job His crew knew exactly what they were doingHe told me some had been with him years, you could tell it toThey wouldn't stay with him that long if he was a fair man They did a great job,,, Thanks
It was a pleasure to work with Don S*** from Sellers and Helms He was completely professional and was eager to make sure I was satisfied with his presentation and work His work crew had my roof and off and replaced in a matter of a few hours They were extremely hard working with no "horsing around" I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof
